THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS!

We dedicate the week of November 21-28 as our week of Thanks and Giving!

Please join us as we fill our “Hallway of Hope” with non-perishable food items for the Mercer Island Food Pantry.

Additionally, please consider a donation to Mercer Island Youth and Family Services to support one of our community’s most valuable resources.  Everyone making a donation to MIYFS will have their name added to a drawing to win your choice of a MYZONE Heart Rate Monitor or a 60 minute Massage.

Thursday 11/24: 7:00 am – noon

7:30 am – 9:00 am cycle/flow with Meghan and Marni

9:30 am – 11:00  cycle/strength with Samantha and Ginny

Friday 11/25 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

8:00 am cycle/strength with Ginny

9:30 am INVINCIBLE with David

Saturday and Sunday regular hours and class schedule!

Ginny Pietila, former co-owner of Club Emerald, has hand-picked her team of expert personal trainers, instructors, massage therapists and wellness professionals. A nationally certified personal trainer, instructor and USAT triathlon coach, Ginny knows what it takes to inspire and motivate people to reach their fitness goals. Everyone on the MIAC team shares her vision of creating a fitness experience that enriches mind, body and soul.
