Northwest Fit Meals comes to MI Athletic Club!

Northwest Fit Meals is a Seattle-based Paleo/clean meal delivery service geared towards fueling Paleo athletes and non athletes living the Paleo lifestyle.  We believe in clean eating to bring balance, pefacebook cover artrformance, and energy to your days and workouts as well as improving your quality of life. Athletes fueled by Northwest Fit Meals, no longer have to meal prep on their days off: They can save time from taking trips to multiple stores, don’t have to prep/cook/clean, aren’t tempted to cheat on their diet, and get their Sunday’s back!  We bring you only the freshest ingredients and we utilize sustainable, locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.

NW Fit Meals posts their menu for the following week on their Facebook Page each Monday.  We will also post the menu below for those not on Facebook.
New orders/changes to existing orders must be placed by noon Tuesday for the following week.

L1- (raw honey in dressing)Grilled Greek chicken salad on bed of romaine with kalamata olives, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lemon herb dressing
L2- Grassfed beef burger with bacon, roasted broccoli and yam bun
L3-  Chili-lime pork with parsley carrots and cilantro lime yams
L4- Paleo turkey meatloaf with roasted garlic cauliflower mash and house yams
L5- Paleo teriyaki chicken with sesame green beans and cilantro lime yams 
D1- World famous ground chicken with roasted zucchini and red bell pepper and rosemary garlic yams
D2– Grassfed beef burger with bacon, roasted broccoli and yam bun
D3- Chili-lime pork with parsley carrots and cilantro lime yams
D4- Chicken fajita with sautéed veggies and rough chopped house seasoned yams
